I have been on the receiving end of this, and it was hard to hear but as I embraced the growth mindset, I took the opportunities to grow.
So instead of dodging this all together, embrace it. DO NOT take it personally, take it and run with it as it will help you grow!
Cultivating a Support Network
You know what sucks as an entrepreneur? The loneliness. But guess what, it doesn't have to be. Seriously, building a support system can help tremendously. Whether it’s mentors who’ve been there done that or fellow entrepreneurs who are right there in the trenches with you. Having those people in your corner is golden.
Surround yourself with those that inspire you, those that push you to your greatest potential, go to networking events or grab a virtual coffee with someone who gets hit.
Embrace that growth mindset, have fun and connect with others.
