1. Sunlight Exposure: Get sunlight on your face as soon as possible after waking up. This helps set your circadian rhythm, improving focus and energy throughout the day and aiding in better sleep at night.
2. Mental Dumping: Write down all the things cluttering your mind. This frees up your working memory, allowing you to focus better on the tasks at hand.
3. Protect Your Energy: Think of your energy as spoons. You only have a limited number each day, so use them wisely. Avoid unnecessary drains on your energy to prevent burnout.
4. Incremental Steps: Build your confidence through small, manageable steps rather than overwhelming yourself with big, daunting tasks.
